Logo and assets
I chose the name 9ine because it is numeric, and including a number seemed in line with what an iteration of software would be. It also rolls off the tongue quite easily. I created the logo with soft curves and hard edges to convey the mind/ machine dichotomy. At the heart of the 9 lies a circle interchangeable with an energy element to imply a sentient being.
Engineering handbook
For this part, I went to the physics books to make the "science" (and I use the term very loosely) seem credible. I also scoured the web for UFO technology sites and pulled references from there. The result is a handbook for the audience to become familiar with the Phantom 9ine device, and the mechanisms that make it work. I wanted a clean, white, minimalist template to bring the technology to the forefront.
